03 — mock test

Sit a mock

Twenty questions, seventy-five minutes, no calculator, no feedback until the end — in a replica of the driver the real test runs in. Have paper or a whiteboard to hand and keep it off the screen, as you will on the day.

Before you start

  • The countdown does not pause and the tab warns you before it closes.
  • Alt+N and Alt+P move between questions; answers are selected with the mouse, exactly as in the real driver.
  • Flag anything you want to come back to — the question navigator shows every flag and every blank.
  • Unanswered counts as wrong, and there is no negative marking, so never leave one blank at the end.
  • Abandoning a mock records nothing and returns its questions to the pool.

Sit a real past paper

The papers UAT-UK publishes, transcribed in full and sat in the same driver under the same countdown. These are the real thing — the truest measure available. Afterwards, every question has its own worked solution.
